Rainy Days 2.2.1
I just pushed out Rainy Days 2.2.1 that fixes some important bugs. On slow connections Rainy Days would sometimes crash or hang. I've now fixed this so get the new version!

Since the last 2-3 updates the radar image over scandinavia are not showing the correct radar echoes anymore. It only shows parts of the echoes and smaller areas do not show at all.

Yes, I'm aware of the issue. The old source stopped working so I had to make some changes. I hope to get a different source for .dk soon.

I think it should be fixed now, Rainy Days server was experiencing severe errors. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Jup, see this blogpost http://code.neenbedankt.com/rainy-days-21 You can upgrade within the app for only $0.99, just goto the settings and pick the disable ads option.

I really like the app, but theres one thing i'm not sure about: In close zoom levels it seems to display a precipitation forecast (at least with the meteox data in germany for example), is that a bug or a feature ;-) ? Cheers Martin

It's most likely a feature, if the source is buienradar.nl (you can verify in the bottom right corner. It might be the case that for the particular location and zoom the app favors buienradar.nl which does indeed has forecast data.
